The wild herb garden, the salt-swept shore, the rising curl of ritual smoke. Ocean spray gathers as dew on rosemary, flame transforms resinous leaf into fragrant smoke. Rosemary and white sage release their camphorous brightness, tangled with the dirty green hearts of lavender, violet leaf and mugwort. Salt gathers in the hair; wild herbs cling to the skin in smoky dew. Beneath them, earthen musk and patchouli smolder softly, the warm, mineral hum of the soil. Green Smoke is the swirl of rising smoke, salt air, green garden and dark dirt, a blessing of the wild upon the skin.
